Delicate chicken

When I think about this dish I can't stop thinking about my family home. Can't really explain why - maybe because my dad like it? Or maybe I just simply love my mum's cooking? Anyway, hope you will give it a go :)

Ingredients:

chicken thighs

frozen peas

carrot

good quality chicken stock cube

tarragon

2 tbsp of butter

2 tbsp of four

half of lemon

dash of milk (i would say in average i use half of glass)

salt, pepper

How to make it:

Cook your chicken with carrot and stock cube. Keep the stock - you will need it for the sauce. Tear chicken, chop carrot into small cubes.

Make a white sauce: Melt butter on the pan. Add flour and tarragon. Stir. Start adding stock: bit by bit, stirring all the times (You don't wanna lumpy sauce!). When it's nice and smooth add milk, stir till got perfect consistency (up to the taste).

When your sauce is as thick or as runny you like - add peas, then chicken and carrot. Add lemon juice and season to taste.

I serve it with boiled white rice.
