orange drizzle cake
I've made that cake as I've had sugar cravings and lots of oranges at home ;) Now it's not only my favorite, but also girls at work ask me to make it! So simple and yet delicious and so so moist!

Ingredients:
- 175g self-raising flour
- 175g sugar
- 130g butter
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp milk
- 2 oranges
- juice of 1 orange
- grated rind of 1 orange
- handful of light brown sugar
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 175°C. Peel two oranges and blend them in a smoothie maker (or just use a hand blender). Mix all the cake ingredients together in a bowl until blended. Spoon the mixture into the tin and smooth the top. Bake for about 1 hour. When the cake it's still hot sprinkle brown sugar on top and pour orange juice over it. It will make it extra moist.
